Staff were very helpful especially when it came to driving and parking in the extremely narrow one way streets of centro Teramo

The staff that work at the hotel seem like family, they have a lot of knowledge of the town and are a great reference for any traveller looking to shop or sightsee. Take google translate with you, and your visit will go very well. The rooms are impeccable and have a lovely little balcony to relax on. It's close to markets, shopping, and is fun to adventure out from there on foot and see what you find.
Check before you go to see if the music from two blocks away is present every night, if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel offered a Christmas dinner and breakfast which was a plus. Its location is also very convenient as it is located near the center of the town which makes it easy to navigate. Another advantage is the free parking.
Sadly, the hotel is outdated with old fixtures and furnishings. the rooms are not as well maintained as expected with poor lighting, a faulty showerhead and old beds.

My husband and I are from the usa. The hotel was only a couple of blocks from the main street. It seemed a safe area. Parking was on the street just across from the hotel. The bed was comfortable. Wifi available from our room. The included breakfast had a good variety of food. Fresh cappuccino available. We only stayed here because we needed a place to stay between Bovino and Figline Valdarno. We knew nothing of Teramo. Nice, energetic town. We were there, unfortunately, when Spain beat Italia during the soccer finals. Great price...only 50 Euro for the night. Clean crisp linens.
The lobby and breakfast room were air conditioned but our room was hot even though there was an air conditioning unit. It just didn't have enough power to do the job. We had to unplug the refrigerator because it was hot. It felt like an oven when you touched it. So basically the aircondtioning and the refrigerator were useless.

It is centrally located. Free wifi in room. Decent buffet breakfast.
Can be quite noisy with sounds echoing through the hotel and outside.
